Q12.Do you offer any certifications for natural, vegan, or phthalate-free claims?

Q14.What if the fragrance oil doesn't perform well in my application?

We stand behind our products. If a fragrance oil does not perform as expected in your intended application (candles, diffusers, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will:

Troubleshoot with you (wax type, temperature, load percentage)
If confirmed as product issue, offer a replacement or refund

We recommend always testing a small batch first – that’s why we offer low MOQs and sample pricing.

Q15.Can each fragrance be supplied consistently over the long term? Is the quality of the fragrances guaranteed?

A: Yes, each fragrance can be supplied consistently over the long term. You don’t need to worry about running out of stock after starting to use a fragrance. Our fragrances are excellent in terms of safety, sensitivity, and quality stability. Besides providing high-quality products, we also offer scent finding and scent duplication services to our customers.
